July 30, 2017 – Letter from Parish Administrator

To the members of Holy Rosary Parish:

I wish to extend my gratitude to each of you who have made me and my family so welcome. My name is Ted Krembs, I am the new Pastoral Administrator for Holy Rosary Parish. I have been a parish administrator for 22 years now. I heard a calling to ministry when I was young, and after some time in the Navy, I answered that call. Starting my service to ministry at St Joseph Cathedral, Columbus, OH, I attended The Pontifical College Josephinum while working at the Cathedral. I then moved to St Veronica Parish, Milwaukee, WI and then to St Albert Parish, Reno, NV. After 12 years in the desert I moved here. I am thinking the ocean will prevent me from trying to move any further West.

I am commissioned by Father Vincent, with the guidance of the Pastoral, Finance, Liturgical, Educational Councils/Commissions to provide service for the advancement of our Parish Mission and to do this with transparent accountability to you.

I came to apply for this position through prayer and discernment of spirit. I am affirmed in the decision through your welcoming hospitality, the scriptures and Father’s homilies, especially the “Bee” homilies. I have become attached to a particular scripture passage that I attempt to live by: Hebrews 3:13, “Encourage each other daily while it is still today.” I am certain that we will succeed in all that we do together. I look forward to meeting you in person.

Sincerely,

Ted Krembs,

Parish Administrator, Holy Rosary Edmonds
