School

There are many opportunities for parish volunteers to help out in the school including fundraising efforts, math & reading tutors, office work, Ram Run, marketing, and much more. If you would like more information call Michelle Cimaroli, School Secretary @ (425) 778-3197.

*****All volunteer interaction with the students requires completion of the  Archdiocesan background check and completing the ‘Safe Environment” program.

                            Auction

This year’s auction is scheduled for Saturday March 9, 2013.

Many volunteers are needed to help organizethe school’s largest fundraiser.

Procurement Committee

This committee meets once a month (November through January) to brainstorm unique live and silent auction items and ways to procure them.

Operations Committee

Works with Auction chair determining all set up needs for the Pastoral Center, school hall and gym areas. This team is responsible for set-up of silent and live auction items display and works directly with rental company, caterer, sound and light vendors, registration, finance and décor committees facilitating their set up requirements.  A large committee is needed.

Cleanup Committee 

Large crew neededto facilitate all clean up needs after event.  Crew is split into two teams, one on Saturday night and the second on Sunday morning.

Speech

Speech Prep and Coaching

 Work with students to prepare for Archdiocesan Speech tournaments and the Holy Rosary Speech Tournament. Good listening skills are needed. Not necessary to have a speech background.

Speech Team      ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­

Assisting and editing students’ speeches and listening to their work. Coaches needed for 6-8th grades. Meet with students on a regular basis October through February. This is a 10-20 hour time commitment, after school and/or evenings.

Archdiocesan Tournament Judges   

Judge speeches at various tournaments (Blanchet HS in the fall and Seattle Prep HS and Eastside HS in the winter.) Tournaments are one-day events. Must be a good listener and be able to give positive, constructive critiques.
